To accompany all your daily activities to the customer, Personal Concierge simplifies your organization. This service provides assistance in the booking of space and tables on the Beach Clubs, restaurants, discos, Vip areas at Discos, book a boat, Yatch , catering to attend your guests, disk jockey, nanny, extra cleaning and other specialized services. This is one of the many hallmarks of Ibiza Country Villa / Ecoibiza, Personal Concierge offers exclusive attention on everything that customers need, avoiding that these must take care of those small but important details.
2 What to do if you need to use the Service

Telephone conversations may be recorded by the provider and the provider is authorized to use any form of evidence that can demonstrate the existence of the order placed by the customer.
Specialized operators coordinate its full application and will keep you fully informed.
a) Assistance and travel arrangements.
- Bookings and confirmation of flights.
- Reservations and arrangements for hotels and villas.
- Reservations and arrangements for rental vehicles, including luxury cars.
- Reservations and arrangements for rental vehicles for transfers from and to hotels and villas from airport. To restaurants and clubs so you can drink at night nad not drive.
- Translation Services
- Hiring of catering services.
- Hiring of cooks, waiters, maids, babysitting , etc.
- Information on schedules and reservations or tickets for special shows, concerts, clubs and cultural events.
- Information, reservations and/or purchase tickets on sporting events.
- Information and reservations at restaurants.
- Excursions and visits to places of interest.
- Advice and booking schedules tennis, golf, spa, gymnasiums and sports clubs.
- Information about specific sports can be practiced in the area.
- Information about shopping areas.
- Advice on Party organization at the Villas
- Special Excursions ( balloons, Hiking, Mountain Bike, 4 x 4 , Quads, Paintball, etc…)
3.Procedure Exclusions and responsibilities.
The full costs of acquisition and/or reservations related to the requests made by clients and the costs associated with them, such as shipping, customs duties, locations, etc.., will be in charge of the clients.
Also, some steps may have to purchase an administrative charge will be informed by the provider in appropriate cases.
For certain purchases and/or the hiring provider may ask the client a written instruction to the specific effects of the operation.
Whenever you are buying a product or service through the concierge staff, the provider will inform you about the value it will purchase and obtain their consent in writing or telephone.
To book you need to pay a deposit to make your reservation.
For safety make sure you question your vacation.
