Sunday – Ibiza Magic Island – Middle Level Easy
Highlights: San José-Sa Talaia – Ses Paises de Cala d’Hort, Cala d’Hort, Es Vedra

Bus from hotels to San Jose. A walk of about 18 km Starting in San José, climb slowly but surely the 479 m in height of the tallest mountain on the island. Between 30/40 minute climb to 10-15 minutes a little hard to achieve one of the most impressive ever seen before. Unique views of more than half of the island. After a short break, and from there all on the flat or declining, continue across the ridge of the mountain, through forests to culminate with a break for a snack in front of the visa of a colossus “La Isla Magica Es Vedra. ”
Descend to the ancient Punic-Roman villa des Ses Paises de Cala d’Hort, with Punic and Byzantine Necropolis, then continue to Cala D’Hort. Time to eat and swim depending on period . After we keep on going until Es Cubells passing close to the Pirate Tower.
Monday , Formentera Roman Road – Level Easy
Full-time. 15/18 kms. Suave. Suit and snack. 5 hours walk. + beach relaxing time
Bus from hotels to a port of Ibiza. Boat to Formentera. Once there we will go by bus to la Mola Light house . To start our route towards Sa Pujada walking through out the Mola country tracks and arriving to the Camí Romà. ( Roman Road ) a distance of only 1,500 meters without any difficulty, it takes approximately an hour and offers panoramic
views over the island, bordering the spectacular cliffs of Raco de sa pujada and through a pine forest. On clear days there is also the profile of the island of Ibiza and is Vedrà islets and Vedranell.
The road was restored and declared a Cultural (BIC) with the rank of monument, preserved remains of the old pavement, and various points of interest, among which in addition to the viewpoints, “they petjades del Diablo” (the tracks the devil), the old sandstone quarry and the cross engraved on the rocky ground.
Follow the path until Es Calo where we cross to Mitjorn beach Over there through paths and walkways over the protected dunes we will walk around 6 kms Time to relax and swin on the beach ..- (17/18km)
Tuesday , Torres del Lluc – Middle Level Easy
16 ½ kilometers traveled. Duration 5 hours. Medium / soft. Comfortable shoes, water and snack. Points of interest: native forest with orchids, Lluc Towers, Views of Aubarca Torretes and Cala Ses. St. Agnes Church, Camino de Buscastell and Arab culture area des Broll.
Departure by bus from the hotel to the vicinity of San Mateo, we start our walk on a gentle slope, and pushing into the pine forests, that will lead to Cap Mossons. They discover one of the radicals most enigmatic archaeological Islands, Las Torres del Lluc and have stunning views over the island and Cala Ses Torretes Aubarca. Out into the rural walk through beautiful rural roads (300 m along asphalt road). From there take the road that will lead to is Broll downhill.
We are happy to stroll through an authentic Arab paradise hidden hills in the center of the island Lots of lush vegetation and the first Arab settlement on the island with fresh water, orchards and magnificent ancient irrigation engineering. A monument of historical heritage, cultural and nature. A rare landscape in Ibiza. At the end of the ride in a 17-century rural home, enjoy a snack with country wine, cheese and butifarrón. Return by bus to the Hotel.
Wednesday; Malacosta – Easy Level.
arrival in San Juan. Free time to visit the church, the people and to buy water or similar. Rise in 20-minute walk, up a beautiful trail to the top of the mountain. . From the mountainous region of Els Almunts, we introduce in the Sierra de Malacosta ..
On the rare passages to the island of Ibiza, we go into a creek that will make us cross, most downhill, to the Valley of Morna.
Benches, farm houses, pine trees, lush vegetation, flowers, traditional houses Ibiza, farms, pirate stories and exceptional landscapes. On arrival to the valley of Morna, to the hiking trail will take the small roads, alternating with some small paved road with very little traffic to the towers to protect the area of the former villa of Atzaro Atzaro Farm until the place of great beauty .
After a short break we will continue our path towards Balafia defense towers which are a set of typical houses with watchtowers Ibiza interiors, aesthetic beauty and architectural interest. Balàfia is formed by a group of 5 typical
houses with two towers, all adapted to the terrain and forming a small core of great archaeological interest. The towers served as a refuge for the inhabitants of these houses in case of pirate attacks, and its function is similar to the Towers of coastal defense, but with different characteristics. The white crosses are painted on the front of these towers have a protective function against negative influences. From there we came to San Lorenzo, the end of our route

Thursday, Parque Natural de Las Salinas – LEVEL: EASY
Half day long. 16 to 18 kms. Mild- Medium . 5 hours route.
Walk from the beach of Playa den Bossa , visit the Torre Sal Rosa and from there on the coast line toward the nudist beach of Es Cavallet. From there until the Torre de ses Portes, through the back hike . Reach the Playa de Salinas. Some free time to eat or swimm depending the period of year and we follow over a hill until Cap Des Falco.
Cross the stony beach of Es Codolar to reach the ancient Phoenician settlement of Sa Caleta. From there we will continue our path to Cala Jondal. Bus back. Free Afternoon
Friday , View of Ibiza, Walled – Half Day .- Easy Intermediate Level
This walk provides a general picture of the old historic town, beginning at the Portal de Ses Taules, the principal way in through the Renaissance walls.
After passing through the main gate you come to the Patio de Armas, a handsome space bordered on one side by a gallery of ten arches – for many years the island’s first hippy market. Passing through a second gate you come to the Plaça de Vila (Town Square).
Follow the road up to the Calle de Sa Carrossa, where there is a statue of Isidor Macabich (1883-1973), a popular Ibicenco priest and historian, and on to the Santa Llúcia Bastion, a good place to pause and enjoy the fine views. Sunk into the bastion is the Polvorín, a building which once served as the store for gunpowder and ammunition used by the artillery (now an exhibition hall).
Continuing along Calle General Balanzat you pass the Church of Santo Domingo, a former Dominican friary and now the seat of Ibiza’s Town Hall (Ayuntamiento). From the Plaça d’Espanya in front you can make a small detour to the Revelli, with fine views across the harbour.
Returning to the main route, you climb along Calle Pere Tur arriving at the Augustine Convent (Enclosed order of nuns).
In the Calle San Ciriac there is a small chapel ,the route now reaches the highest point in the old walled town, the Cathedral Square. This is an excellent place to pause and enjoy the impressive views from the Mirador del Rey Jaume I (Lookout point of King Jaume I).
On the far side of the square is the Cathedral of Santa Maria, the Casa de la Curia (Madina Yabisa visitor centre) and the Bishop’s Palace.
After passing through the narrow Calle de la Universitat you come out by the Sant Bernat Bastion, which also offers marvellous views over to Formentera. From here begins the descent to Sant Jordi Bastion, passing in front of the Castle, the Torre del Homenaje (Tower of Homage) and the Almudaina. The walk can be done in the opposite way.
